The Ole Miss Ole Miss football season is starting up Saturday and I'm psyched. As most of you know I am a die hard Rebel and I bleed red (as so many do) and also blue. :) But the main reason I'm posting is because throughout this season, I intend to post some of my football predictions (mostly SEC but probably other big games as well)! I've always predicted, but never publicly, so if i screw up, feel free to laugh and point.
WEEK ONE PREDICTIONS---
OLE MISS VS. BYU
Home team: Ole Miss
Line: BYU -3.0
Rebs win this one fairly easy, for fear of another Jacksonville state moment. Plus, the home team advantage will he helpful. Also, BYU will tire out more quickly because of the Southern humidity.

Home team: Alabama
Line: ALA -38.00
Alabama demolishes Kent State... Kinda obvious... If I'm wrong, I'll gladly eat my crow.

Home team: Memphis
Line: MSST -29.5
I think that state will pull a win outta the hat... But it won't be as lopsided as everyone thinks...

Kentucky is an SEC team (barely)... WKU is not. It's that simple...

Easily, the game of the week. Oregon is a good football team, but won't be able to compete with the SEC... They choke in overtime.

Hm... This one, to me, is the most tricky...Boise State is a great football team and Georgia just can't keep up with Boise's offense. Boise edges out in the end.
